Privacy Notice

Last updated: March 24, 2026. This notice explains the data processing model for NightTune products, client website and admin panel under Turkish KVKK law (No. 6698).

Data Controller

Data controller: Bruh Studio. Contact channels: panel support requests and official Discord support rooms.

Processed Data Categories

The following data may be processed to operate the platform and maintain security:

  • Account and license data: key code, key type, activation status, duration and account linkage.
  • Security and device data: HWID, IP address, user-agent and verification metadata.
  • Operational logs: API error logs, key events, download events and admin actions.
  • Site analytics: visited route, visit timestamp and aggregate traffic counters.

Processing Purposes and Legal Basis

Data is processed for the purposes below based on contract performance, legitimate interest and explicit consent where required:

  • License verification, authorization checks and download access control.
  • Abuse prevention, security incident detection and rate-limit enforcement.
  • Incident response, troubleshooting and technical support operations.
  • Product and infrastructure planning with aggregated/anonymized metrics.

Transfers and Recipients

Data may be shared with hosting/infrastructure providers only to the extent required for service delivery. It may also be disclosed to competent public authorities when legally required.

Collection Method

Data is collected automatically or semi-automatically via web forms, API requests, client verification calls and security logging systems.

Retention and Security

Data is retained only for purpose-limited durations, then deleted or anonymized. Access controls, authentication, session security, logging and anti-abuse controls are applied.

Data Subject Rights

You can submit requests under KVKK Article 11 via support channels. Identity verification may be required depending on request scope.

The Explicit Consent Notice is separate from this Privacy Notice and published on a dedicated page. Where required, consent is recorded via separate confirmation controls.

VERBIS Status

VERBIS registration obligations are evaluated based on company scale, activity scope and data categories. This assessment is handled as an administrative compliance process.
