- No other overlay/injector running (Afterburner, ReShade, Discord overlay)

• Copy/paste the key, no extra spaces.
• Check if it's expired or disabled in the panel.
• If HWID mismatch, request HWID reset (send key + new HWID in ticket).
• Rate limit: 5 tries / 60s — slow down.

• Disable browser extensions (adblock/AV web shield).
• Try another browser or incognito window.
• If Defender deletes the .exe, add folder to Exclusions and retry.
• If still blocked, open a ticket with a screenshot.

Include these in your ticket:

• Key code
• Did you shut down the old PC? (yes/no)
• New HWID (shown on loader error screen)

• Run the game in Borderless/Windowed.
• Close other overlay/injectors (Afterburner, ReShade, Discord overlay).
• Run game and loader with the same privileges (both admin or both normal).

• Update GPU/chipset drivers, disable OC, run RAM test.
• Share minidump + time of crash in ticket.

• Keep ESP minimal; disable non-essential overlays.
• Turn off Nvidia Overlay / Xbox Game Bar.
• Disable background AV scans.

• Wait 5 minutes; if still nothing, open a ticket with order ID.
