Terms of Service

By using NightStalker products you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

License

• Keys are single-user, non-transferable, and tied to your HWID unless reset by staff.
• Redistribution, resale, cracking, or reverse engineering is prohibited.
• Access may be revoked for abuse, sharing, chargebacks, or ToS violations.

Acceptable Use

• No sharing keys or loaders with others.
• No automated attacks, flooding, or security bypass attempts.
• No use where this type of software is illegal.

Availability & Updates

• Service is provided “as is” and may be unavailable during updates or anti-cheat changes.
• Features and compatibility can change without notice.

Liability

• Use at your own risk. We are not liable for bans, data loss, or hardware/software damage.
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your most recent key.

Refunds

• All sales are final unless required by local law.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in termination.

Support

Support is best-effort via Discord tickets. We may request screenshots or logs to resolve issues.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.
